DIY bulbs vs a professional installation
DIY bulbs
If you are happy to have one or two 'smart' lamps, then WiFi bulbs could be the perfect solution.
WiFi bulbs will only fit a traditional bayonet or screw fitting, LED & halogen downlights cannot be controlled.
You can only control that light using your phone. If your mobile is dead, or you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, this could prove to be an issue.
