The owner at Marshland Road is a long-time client of Automated Technologies, in fact, he was our first.
This home is the ultimate entertainer's dream. With that in mind, ATL fitted the Control4 system.
Control4 has given the owner the ability to control everything from one central remote or a dedicated app. ATL has connected all televisions, outdoor projectors, zoned audio and even the underfloor heating through the Control4 system. The owner also has a smart thermostat fitted, which is controllable by voice commands.
With new solutions becoming available regularly, the owner and ATL are upgrading his home, to this day.

A nest smart thermostat monitors the temperature in the home. The temperature can be changed through the control4 system.

Smart lighting allows all of the home's lights to be scheduled or controlled as a group. An 'all off' button turns all lights in the home off.

High-speed internet throughout the home supports the Control4 system. Without a reliable network, the system will not perform.

A video intercom paired with an automatic gate allows the owner to see who has arrived and let them in, even when he's not home.
